Product delivery, product price and shipping costs
Online orders are processed after payment has been received for the order, within the time limits specified by the selected delivery method. 

If a product is not in stock, a customer service representative will contact the buyer.

All prices in the online store include 24% VAT. In certain cases, shipping costs are added to the order before payment is made. You can choose to pick up orders in store or have them sent with  Posturinn. In the case of shipments outside of Iceland, duties and other charges may be added to the product price, as the product price on the website does not include such charges. Please note that online prices are subject to change without notice.

Merkikerti ehf. according to the above, is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in transit. If the product is damaged or lost since it was sent from Merkikerti ehf. to the person concerned, the damage is the buyer's responsibility.

Merkikerti ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information and also to change prices or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.

Trúnaður og persónuvernd
Við virðum friðhelgi þína og notum eingöngu þær persónuupplýsingar sem þú gefur upp til að afgreiða pöntun og halda utan um viðskiptasamband. Upplýsingar eru ekki afhentar þriðja aðila nema samkvæmt lögum eða til að sinna þjónustu (t.d. sendingaraðila).

Höfundarréttur og notkun efnis
Viðskiptavinur ber ábyrgð á því að þau gögn (t.d. myndir eða texti) sem send eru til áletrunar brjóti ekki gegn höfundarétti.

Breytingar á skilmálum
Við áskiljum okkur rétt til að breyta þessum skilmálum hvenær sem er. Breytingar taka gildi þegar þær eru birtar á vefnum. Við hvetjum notendur til að skoða reglulega uppfærða skilmála.
